Using this website

The website does not currently accept intake submissions, upload documents, or save form responses in your browser. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure; hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Some photographs and fonts are loaded from external providers, which receive the requests needed to display them.

Contacting HopeStart

Calling or emailing uses a separate communication service. Information you choose to share is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the appropriate next step. Please begin with your name, safe contact details, and the service you are asking about. Do not send medical records, clinical histories, identification numbers, or financial documents by ordinary email.

Psychotherapy information

Clinical records belong in HopeStart Mental Health’s clinical practice system, Owl Practice, rather than this website or the administrative Services Hub. Ask the team about clinical privacy practices before providing clinical information.

Questions or requests

For privacy questions, or to ask about access to or correction of information you have shared, contact HopeStart and ask to speak with the person responsible for privacy. Do not include sensitive records in your initial message.
